We understand plans change. Lessons can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee depending on the tutor's policy.

Your payment is held in escrow until the lesson is successfully completed. If a tutor doesn't show up, simply report the issue within 24 hours, and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
