Eligibility

Account Registration
a. Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
b. Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
Platform Role
Athemiq provides a marketplace connecting tutors and students. Athemiq does not control tutors' conduct, qualifications, or teaching methods and is not responsible for results or outcomes.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- engage in unlawful or harmful behavior;
- collect data without permission;
- circumvent payment systems;
- interfere with Platform functionality.
Payments
a. Students pay through the Platform.
b. Prices are set by tutors within Platform parameters.
c. Refunds follow Athemiq's refund policy.
Content
a. Users retain ownership of content they submit.
b. Users grant Athemiq a non-exclusive license to use submitted content for Platform operations.
c. Athemiq may remove content violating these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All Platform technology, branding, and materials belong to Athemiq. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Platform without permission.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party content. Athemiq is not responsible for third-party actions or content.
Termination
Athemiq may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse. Users may close accounts at any time.
Disclaimers
a. Platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
b. Athemiq does not guarantee session results, tutor quality, or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
Athemiq's liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by the user in the previous three months.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend and indemnify Athemiq from claims arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
Athemiq may update Terms and will notify users of material changes.
Governing Law
