Yes! Most tutors on Athemiq offer a free or discounted demo lesson. You can check the tutor's profile for the 'Free Demo' badge or request one directly through the chat.
Tutors can only see your first name and the subject you need help with initially. Your full contact details and location are kept private until a booking is officially confirmed.
We understand plans change. Lessons can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee depending on the tutor's policy.
Your payment is held in escrow until the lesson is successfully completed. If a tutor doesn't show up, simply report the issue within 24 hours, and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
